Terra Amata Architecture

400,000 years ago, in Nice, France, our ancestors Homo Erectus formed the first known man-made dwelling by building a wall from branches compressed into the sand and covering it with stones, due to the migration of our ancestors Homo Erectus from Central Africa to Europe to a less temperate climate. They called it HOME now. At this point, which is called Terra Amata in Latin, “beloved dormitory”, the remains of the oldest known shelter, which can be called the first architectural product, were found. The dust of these remains met in Ankara in the 21st century.
